Containerized energy storage systems combine battery racks, power conversion systems (PCS), battery management (BMS), fire protection, and temperature control inside purpose-built containers. Their enclosed structure supports long-term outdoor operation while reducing the space, construction work, and installation time required for large storage projects. These ESS containers are commonly used for peak shaving, renewable energy integration, microgrids, backup power, and grid support applications.

2500kW/5.016MWh liquid-cooled containerized energy storage systems are suitable for large industrial parks, data centers, and other sites with high and continuous power demand. Each 20-foot ESS container provides 5.016MWh of battery capacity and 2500kW of rated power, with up to two hours of full-power discharge.

500kW 1MWh Container Battery Storage System

These container battery storage systems are designed for commercial and industrial peak shaving, solar energy storage, and microgrid applications. They are usually designed in a 20-foot container that combines 1.045MWh of LFP battery capacity with a 500kW power conversion system (PCS), which allows the batteries to work with solar power, the utility grid, and other energy sources while switching smoothly between grid-connected and off-grid operation.

  • Integrated Container Design:

    Battery racks, PCS, BMS, EMS, fire protection, and cooling components are arranged inside one container. Weather-resistant enclosures protect the internal equipment from rain, dust, strong winds, and other outdoor conditions.

    Standard container dimensions simplify road and sea transport. Most assembly is completed before delivery, which reduces on-site work and shortens installation and commissioning time.

  • Flexible Capacity Expansion:

    Multiple ESS containers can be connected in parallel, so project capacity and output power can be increased according to site demand.

  • Safety and Easier Maintenance:

    Fire detection, fire suppression, ventilation, and cooling systems work together to protect the batteries and other internal components. They have a modular layout to allow technicians easier access for inspection, part replacement, and future upgrades.
